B.pad a few keys have stopped working

hello, I put together a b.pad a few months ago and I havent really used it for some time, but now when I plug it in keys 1,2,3,4,5,6,8 and + no longer work. All other keys work fine, including 7 and 9.

1. Could you tell me your order number.
It would help to look into your problem.

2. Normally your problem comes from loose soldering or electric short.
Could you show me your PCB back surface?

W6667 was the order number, and the pcb photo is attached

I managed to get key 8 to work by re-soldering the switch pins, but keys 1,2,3,4,5,6 and + still aren’t working

Hi

I added a photo which would show the probability of your problem.

– Pink and blue area : Could be electric short

– Red pins in blue area : control the keys not working. Please check the soldering of these pins.

After re-flowing the IC pins the keys have started working again.
