    Hi,
    My B.face pcb did not have holes all the way through for the usb port, so it is slightly crooked and I cannot put the bottom of the case on without a lump. Is there a way to finish the holes?

    Did you use different housing case from ours?

    using your case. The first picture shows how the connector sits and the second shows the pin that was covered.

    Hi

    1. you soldered the connector with not properly inserted into PCB.

    2. Soldering is bad, so the connector is lifted up.
    (Almost all solderings are bad…)

    Not related but one thing more… You didn’t peel off the protect film.
