Bottom RGB LEDs are not working

Hello, I just finished soldering all of my diodes and rgb leds to the board. I figured I would test out the LEDs so I plugged it in to find out only the top is illuminating. I have tried multiple usb cords, updated firmware, reset the firmware, and I double checked the solder joints and direction. Not sure what would cause this. Any help would be appreciated. I would like to add I have seen the bottom row flicker when plugging the board in, but thats about it.

Sorry for your inconvenience.

Please check the soldering of 11th RGB LED.
RGB LEDs are working in sequence so if 11th is wrong, the rest of them are not working.

Or Could you check the number of RGB LED set in BootMapper Client program?
