“Error opening HIDBoot device: The specified device was not found

I bought my b.face PCB a few months back, and have just recently assembled all the other pieces. I’m running into a problem where it says  “Error opening HIDBoot device: The specified device was not found”. I’ve made sure I downloaded the right firmware, and I’ve tried holding control when plugging it in.

All the LED’s work, but only about 90% of the keys register presses. Any suggestions for fixing this, or do I have a defective pcb?

It is almost impossible for a pcb itself to have a defect,
and I always check it before shipping.
1. Could you tell me your order number?

2. What is your exact symptom? Not recognized by PC or some keys are not working?
