b.pad – Blinking LEDs, Cannot Load Firmware.

I am following the information on http://blog.winkeyless.kr/183 however, I am unable to get the firmware loaded (the LEDs are blinking all the time)

I went through the troubleshooting steps and followed the soldering guide.

When I click the Firm Up button it runs, briefly stops blinking and then continues to blink.

I checked the PCB, and I get the HIDBoot item in my devices, and the LEDs are all blinking.

 

I have the 4×6 layout on the b.pad.

 

What am I to do next?

Sorry for your inconvenience.

If the leds are blinking, most of the reasons are coming from bad soldering
– electric short, wrong direction(polarity)…

Please check solderings.

And could you tell me whether keyboard is working?
