    I see that my order have just change from processing to completed. So I wonder when would I get the tracking code? Was the code sent by email or by order status? Thanks

    Hi

    The order status “completed” in our shop means “Checking Done” which has no problem.
    So please don’t misunderstanding.

    When I ship an order, I always send an email with tracking number.

    On your order… could you tell me your order number or invoice number?
    (Please send me email.)

    My order number is #1156 I still havent received any mail about shipment :'(

    Your order date is Aug.22, and it takes 2 -3 weeks to prepare.
