Hello! I know I’ve seen this issue on this forum before. My B.87 RGB Underglow lights have been faulty for more than a month now. Sometimes they don’t display the color I have selected, other times not all 20 LEDs light up. Also, only the “Static” option works because any other option causes the LEDs to rapidly flash. Over time it has gotten worse, and now only 4 LEDs work. Here are some pictures. Here is a video. And here’s another video. I notice that for most people who have this problem you’ve suggested to desolder and resolder the LEDs, but I have no idea how to do that. I only know how to solder switches, and soldering components that small seems really hard to me. Any suggestions? Thanks!
