b.pad not showing up on computer

I have connected my b.pad pcb to my computer and it does not show up under my device manger and it does not make a ‘windows notification’ sound when it is connected to my computer. Is there something I need to do to make my computer recognize the pcb? my b.mini pcb connected just fine and all the RGB lights work. I was just trying to check my b.pad and I feel like I might be missing something.

 

EDIT: It does not show up in the bootmapper client either.

Sorry for your inconvenience.

I think It was due to B.mini occupied the port.
I mean your bootmapperclient can’t recognize 2 ports at once.
When 2 ps2avrGB keyboards are connected, it recognize only one at random.

If you disconnect B.mini, bootmapper client would recognize your B.pad.

When I was checking the PCBs, I was only having one device connected at a time since I was using the same usb mini cable. b.mini was recognized by bootmapper and was pre programmed. b.pad was not recognized by bootmapper and was not recognized by my computer either.

I have added some pictures here of my b.pad pcb if you want to see how that looks. If you pay attention to my last three pictures, this part seems to be loosely connected or possibly broken off from solder connection, would this interfere with the pcb not working? I have not soldered anything on this pcb myself yet.

Hi Really sorry for your inconvenience.

1. Could you check the connector parts by cleaning around them.

2. If it doesn’t work, please send me back. Then I’ll send you new one.
(Could you tell me your order number?)

Before sending it, I always check it is working.
In the process of delivering, some parts went wrong.

What do you mean by clean around the connector parts? The usb mini controller looks perfectly fine in my eyes.

 

 

EDIT: http://imgur.com/a/CF0dA here I uploaded some more pics of the PCB. I fixed the solder point on the lower left diode but my computer is still not noticing any device when I connect the PCB.

When trying to Firm up I get “Error opening HIDBoot device: The specified device was not found

This happens on both my windows machine and macbook laptop. my built b.mini works on both of these computers.
