B.Pad/Face Questions

Hi,

I’d like to know the answer to the following questions if possible 🙂 :

1. Does the plate support switch top removal?

2. Answer this if Question 1 is No or Yes, could you solder in SIP sockets into the switches?

3. Answer this if Question 1 is No, do you do custom requests for switches? Ex: Cherry red switch with clear gateron tops? Cherry clear switch with spring from cherry brown switch (essentially cherry brown switch with clear stem)?

5. Could you solder a special layout (Right shift is 1.75u + 1u)?

–> Sorry I can’t understand your question. Layout? layer color? Please ask me in detail.

Hi Hojin,

Regarding Question 4. What layer color is used to make that?
Example (for B.Pad): Color Layer 1 (2T): Matte Frost, Color Layer 2 (3T): Matte Black, Color Layer 5(5T): Transparent? I think those are the layers.

The layer’s colors are

Color Layer 1 (2T): Matte Frost,
Color Layer 2 (3T): Matte Black,
[Diffuser]
Color Layer 5(5T,inner feet): Transparent
Color Layer 5-1(2T,outerfeet): Matte Frost

Is it possible to get a picture of the diffuser case with the following layers:

Layer 1: matte frost
Layer 2: matte white
Layer 5: transparent

AND:

Layer 1: matte frost
Layer 2: red translucent
Layer 5: transparent

I would like to know which color combination to get 🙂
