Dead and different color LEDs

Hi Hojin,

 

I have a b.mini pcb and some of the LEDs are dead, two are different color than assigned. In the picture you can see that 4 are dead and 2 arent purple. I tried reflowing the bad ones, and now only 4 of my LEDs light up at all.

Wondering if there is something else I can do, and if I need to order new WS2812B, what is the best way to get the old ones off without ruining the pads? I don’t want to wreck this PCB as they are no longer made 🙁
