dead bface?

I recently assembled a b.face with a HHKB layout. I plug it into my PC and its not detected. Device Manager detects “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)”. i soldered switches and SIP sockets. The bootmapper client says no HID detected. these are pictures are of the completed board

I was able to get it into bootloader mode but its still not recognized by windows

Anyway…
1. Most of cases a PC can’t recognize your keyboard are due to bad soldering.
Could you check your soldering?

2. Could you tell me your order number?

3. Could you show me your PCB?

4. You can check whether your PCB is working or not.

It just shows that ONLY PCB is fine.
