    Hi

Recently bought a b.face x2 and I have some problems. Whenever I plug in the keyboard it will always spam random keys like the space key and control key, another problem I’ve encountered is when doing a switch test every key worked except space, fn/menu key, Rshift, ‘/” key, [/{ key, -/_ key and 8/* key, the biggest problem is with the space key. whenever I press it the key will register but would automatically just press itself without  pressing the key itself.

    Hi

    Sorry for your inconvenience.

    1. Could you tell me your order number.

    2. Judging from your explanation, there must be some electric short.
Please check the soldering around the keys that make those problems.

    Thanks.

    Hi
    1. Order number #4743

    2. I’ve redone my soldering and was only able to get the space key working properly again. The fn, rshift,’/”. [/{, and _/- just refuse to work no matter whatever I try to do.

    Hi

    1. Please check the soldering around the keys 7 and 8.
And tell me they are working.

    2. Could you show me the PCB around the key 8 and “-“?
You’d better to see if there are electric short or disconnection.

    Thanks.

    1. I’ve checked my soldering around the 7 and 8 keys and pyramid shaped and they all work but the 8 key, also when I desoldered the “8” key, the white part of the white coating came off around there.

    2. Unfortunately I don’t have access to a working camera so I cant give you photos at all.

Do you mean you detach some soldering pads ?

If then, some lines in PCB circuit were disconnected.

I think you should wire it directly.

The photos taken from phone are OK.

    Thanks.
