Resistor value for 87 extended?

One of the options for the b.87 ex 2 is resistor value. How should I decide which option to choose? If it matters, I am not doing in-switch LEDs. Just RGB ground effect.

The recommended resistor values are like this
– white/pink LED : 820 Ohm
– blue/green LED : 910 Ohm
– red/yellow/orange LED : 1300 Ohm

But if you let me know which color you use, I’ll take care of it.
