I just built my keyboard and soldered everything but some of the keys dont work. here is a map of the ones that don’t work http://imgur.com/Yp30SAr

the whole left side works but some of the right does not have you had this happen before? I have gone over the diodes and switches to see if there were any soldering problems but they seemed okay to me.

I have the B.Mini board I bought about a year ago I think.

I did post on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboards/comments/4kfb5a/keys_not_working/ but I have gotten no responses as of typing this.

    Hi

Please check the polarity(direction) of diodes at the bottom.

    Thanks.

    One more thing…

And which firmware did you use?
(I am suspecting you uploaded split one.)

    Try ps2avrGB_NKRO.hex file.

P.S: Your soldering is not bad. Very Good!

Thank you, I did upload the wrong firmware and now everything works as it should. Makes me feel much better now, I wasn’t sure on which one to use.
