Some keys not creating letters

My b.face X2 has not been registering characters for jkluio6789 enter and backspace. I have followed the guide for keys not working, but I also know that it is not a hardware issue. I know this because when I activate RGB key event selection the keys that do not function still trigger the lighting to change. I’m very confused at what I did wrong for these few keys and would appreciate any help. I have attached my keymap if this helps.

Could you upload a default keymap file(keymap_gb_face_thumb.hex) we provide?
And check it works.
If it works, there are some mistakes in keymapping.

And you can’t upload hex file in this site.

The default did seem to do the trick, thank you. I was using the ps2avrGB_NKRO.hex before and it did not work after I made changes to it.

ps2avrGB_NKRO.hex is firmware file.

Other files are for keymaps.
– keymap_gb_B87(EX).hex : Key map for B.87, B.87 EX, B.mini, B.mini EX
– keymap_gb_face_thumb.hex : Key map for B.face, B.thumb
– keymap_gb_pad.hex : Key map for B.pad
