Time to make a BBB Acrylic Case?

This is my first time ordering something from this website, and I was just curious about how long it usually takes to make a BBB Acrylic Case. I ordered it on May 3rd, and it says that it is processing. When should I expect it to ship out?

If you order something including a housing case,
it usually takes 3~4weeks.

Could you tell me your order number?
Then I can tell you exact time.
