Unknown USB Device

I Just finished soldering both a B.Pad and B.mini and when plugging them in they both give the message of USB device not regognized. I attached images of the soldering I have done. I’m not sure why its not being recognized. In device manager it says that the Device Descriptor Request Failed.

Hi

The error message “Device Descriptor Request Failed” shows up when you soldered Controller parts badly.

From the pics, I saw the MCU and Crystal were soldered wrong.
(The legs of the MCU not soldered well.)
