When can I expect my order?

Hi,

I placed an order a few days ago, and I was just wondering when I would receive my order. I read the FAQ on ship times, but I heard from multiple people that sometimes you ship earlier than what is expected. Here is my order number W6555.

Edit: Also I would like to ask if Diffusers are offered anymore for b.mini ex? I read that they were only being offered for the b.mini ex and another pcb, but I cannot find the Diffuser case in your store.

Edit2: I would also like to switch my case layers. If the diffuser is available, remove Layer 3 & 4 and switch that in with diffuser (if it costs more, I am willing to pay that extra price).

– Layer 1 (2T) : Matte Black
– Layer 2 (3T) : Matte Black
– Layer 3 (5T) : Matte Frost
– Layer 4 (3T) : Matte Frost

I received your order. Thanks for it.

And… your order is including a set of housing case. It means it would take 3 weeks to ship your order.

And for the RGB Diffuser case…
Sorry I can’t offer it anymore because of too high cost and quality problem.
I’m still looking for a proper manufacturer, but not yet.

Oh…

Your housing case is coming out today.

So you can’t change the layer color.

I hope you to understand that.

Probably today or tomorrow I could ship your order if there is no defect.

Oh okay, that’s totally fine! Hopefully I’ll like the look of it, if not I’ll just buy a new case from you! If you end up shipping it today, that’d be so wonderful, fingers crossed on that!
