I realized that I didn’t use all the diodes; I have one diode left. Is it extra, or did I miss a spot?

Okay. Because other than that, I can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong with the keyboard. It’s still not recognized by windows. I checked the controller parts and the diodes and I can’t seem to find the problem.

Do I need to do anything to this area (circled in red) on the PCB? Do I have to solder any diodes to this part?

I was having problems with the keyboard even working at all/Windows recognizing that something was plugged in. Eventually it connects, but still says that it can’t identify the keyboard at all.

I did fix the solder on a couple of the controller parts that was messed up (in the picture above). And it didn’t fix the problem.

I had to fix the solder on two of the controller parts (I ordered the controller parts pre-soldered), but when I fixed them, it didn’t fix the problem and my computer still doesn’t recognize the keyboard.

I believe the problem is that my computer doesn’t recognize the device; i.e. the “Device Descriptor Request Failed” error. If that’s the case, what would cause that to happen? I’ve tried removing and replugging the keyboard, but it doesn’t work.
