B.pad Row 10 and 11 not working? Order # 3153

Hello,
Recently purchased a B.pad. After soldering the switches into place, I’m only receiving responses from the two left rows (Row 1 and Row 8 in bootmapper).

I know my soldering isn’t the cleanest, but I have a hard time believing any of my soldering is bad enough to ruin the board??

I’ve attached pictures of the board. Hopefully you can help!

Touched up some of the solder. Issue is resolved.

I was working on the B.face included in the order above (3153) and realized I was not sent enough PCB mounted stabilizer housings. I have 10 of the stems, 4 short bars, 1 long bar, but only 8 housings/mounting pieces.
I’ve included a picture of what I was sent. Normally I’d just order another set and be done with it, but after shipping costs to NA it comes out to $30 @.@
