I’m having a problem with my b.face. I can’t get Bootmapper Client to allow me to allow me to set the RGB LED settings and they are not lighting up on my board. The keyboard works, I’m typing this with it but I can’t get the RGBs to turn on and the settings in Bootmapper are grayed out/disabled. Only the LED side is editable but I don’t have any in-switch LEDs installed.

    Hi

    Sorry for your inconvenience.

Could you tell me your order number?

W3964, I had someone else order the parts and assemble it for me but I think I might have screwed something up when I tried to flash firmware/keymap.

Could you try to upload a firmware? Your firmware is ps2avrGB_NKRO.hex (http://blog.winkeyless.kr/183)

If the bootmapperclient program can’t recognize your keyboard, please see http://winkeyless.kr/how-to-fix-when-keyboard-doesnt-work-after-uploading-firmware/.

And finally… could you show me your PCB with parts soldered?

    Thanks.

Upload or “Firm Up”? I’ve been using the Firm Up button to flash the firmware. Should I be using something else? Also, that same firmware is already loaded as you can see in the screen shot I attached. I’ve done it many times and nothing changes.

Here’s the pics of the PCB

    Hi

    You uploaded a wrong firmware.

In the pic of bootmapperclient, you can see “ps2avrGB4U” at the top-right corner.

Please upload a proper proper firmware(ps2avrGB_NKRO.hex)

(Yes use the button “firm up”.)

    Thanks.
