Through-hole diodes?

    I just purchased the B.87 PCB with the 1N4148W diodes confusing them with the 1N4148 (no W), which are through-hole. I was hoping for through-hole diodes to make soldering easier.

    On the PCB, I see holes right next to the pads for the diodes. There aren’t any additional markings, so I’m led to believe that these are also contacts for diodes.

    If I buy 1N4148 diodes, can I solder them on using these holes?
