    I resoldered the controller with the atmega32 from my extra controller kit (from bpad) but I’m afraid the other components may have burned out as well so I may try to replace all of them.

    Yes, I resoldered the IC as I had it the wrong orientation. Here is the pic without the new IC in:

    I did burn the pcb a little but I tested the continuity of the traces and they seem fine still from the atmega.

    Hey Trevor did you ever fix this issue? I’m having the same problem and tried the mentioned fixes but nothing worked.
