    I did some more testing. If I set volume up/down to any key on any function layer, when I use it, it makes the volume go all the way up, or all the way down and then doesn’t work.

    Upload or “Firm Up”? I’ve been using the Firm Up button to flash the firmware. Should I be using something else? Also, that same firmware is already loaded as you can see in the screen shot I attached. I’ve done it many times and nothing changes.

    W3964, I had someone else order the parts and assemble it for me but I think I might have screwed something up when I tried to flash firmware/keymap.
