    Hi

    1. Whether it is fully-assembled one or not, we flash up default firmware to the Main Controller and RGB controller.

    2. We also provide a client software called “BootMapperClient” (http://blog.winkeyless.kr/183) with which you can upload firmware and set keymap.

    Hi

    1. you soldered the connector with not properly inserted into PCB.

    2. Soldering is bad, so the connector is lifted up.
    (Almost all solderings are bad…)

Not related but one thing more… You didn’t peel off the protect film.

    Hi

    Sorry for your inconvenience.

Could you tell me your order number?
and show me full shot of keyboard?

    Hi

Did you use different housing case from ours?

Could you show me the case?

    Thanks.

    Hi

Thanks for your interests in our product.

But we don’t have any plan to make full-aluminum housing case.

    Thanks.

    Q. When BootmapperClient can’t find the keyboard
    Possibility : keyboard driver collission.
    1) Go into Windows device manager
    2) Remove ps2avrgb under keyboards
    3) Unplug your keyboard.
    4) Re-plug your keyboard.
    5) Wait for Windows to find and install some drive program.

    Another Possibility : Hub USB
    1) Directly connect usb to PC without usb Hub.

    For more information, see http://winkeyless.kr/faq/

    Thanks.

    Hi….

Sorry for saying that we can’t offer acrylic 2T layer.
It easily makes defects from the factory.

    Please understand that.

    Thanks.

in reply to: Acrylic cases #2765

    Hi Rafa3lmm

As I said I don’t have any plan to make acrylic 2T second layer.
    Defect, reorder, defect, reorder…

I had been so sick and tired of producing 2T acrylic layer.

    I hope you understand that.

    Thanks.

in reply to: Acrylic cases #2758

    Hi…

    Sorry no.

We have had tons of troubles with the quality of 2T acrylic layer.
    Defect, defect, defect….

I know it’s quite expensive to buy aluminum plate.(metal, cutting, sanding, anodizing….)

I hope you to understand that.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your interests in our products.

    Anyway…

We stopped to produce keyboards which are using micro-usb.

    Sorry.

    Hi

    Sorry for late reply.

Please upload the latest firmware which I added new function that led will be off when it is in save mode.

And there is no option to make sleep mode longer.

    Thanks.

    Hi

    Could you fasten the screws?
In the middle of the page(http://blog.winkeyless.kr/182) you can see how to assemble the feet.

If it doens’t work, please let me know.

    Thanks.

    Hi

    Sorry for your inconvenience.

Could you show me the loose part with a photo?

in reply to: Where is R version? #2703

    Hi

You can choose the option of “in-switch LED position” in PCB item.
    (see the attached file.)

And there is no special reason that B.face doesn’t have “R” option.
    Just delayed the drawing ^^;

    Thanks.

    Sorry for your inconvenience.

Surely I’ll offer again housing cases (I hope next month.)

    Thanks.

in reply to: Help with BootMapper Client #2686

    Hi

    Sorry for late reply.

    1. Yes you are right. If you connect 2 keyboards at the sametiem,
PC’s ps2averbg driver and bootmapper client sees only one keyboard even though ps2avrgb firmware is installed in both keyboards.

Could you try upload firmware while connecting only one keyboard?

    2. The feet of B.pad is different from other’s. And at the moment we stop offering acrylic case due to factory’s overburden. Later you can place an order of new feet.

    3. For the last question, keyboard is going into sleep mode. So first key acts as wakening PC.
(In deep sleep mode, it doesn’t do anything.) You can’t disable it.
(If the first key doesn’t work even though it’s not in sleep mode, please let me know.)

    Thanks.
    Hojin.Yi

    Thanks.

in reply to: Azerty FR Layout #2685

I think the layour is as I said previously.
    And keyboard model is B.face(60%)

You can set the keymapping as you wish by using the BootMapperClient.

I don’t know exactly wath AZERTY FR layouer.

    – Left Shift : 1.25 + 1

    Thanks.

in reply to: Issue with first keypress #2672

Is it happening when you plug it directly to the computer?

in reply to: Issue with first keypress #2670

    Hi

I think there would be some bad soldering around switches.

Please check if there is loosely soldered switch.

If you can’t find it, could you send me some photos?

    Thanks.

in reply to: Issue with first keypress #2668

    Hi

    Sorry for your inconvenience.

Could you tell me your order number?

in reply to: Buying RGB LEDs #2665

Yes you can. And even you can download the firmware from PCB.

But we are going to protect that firmware as our asset.
    And we officially don’t recommend.

Once I distribute it officially, I’ll be overwhelmed with questions on soldering and source customization.
(I experienced that when I opened the MCU firmware.)

    So please understand that.

    Thanks.
    Hojin.Yi

in reply to: Buying RGB LEDs #2661

The only way is that you get attiny85 from me, so I can flash the firmware up.

If you want, I can ship it to you for free.
But you should pay for delivery fee($5)

    Anyway…. as I said previously…
I recommend that you not solder it yourself!
It’s so tiny that you may easily make problems.

    Thanks.
    Hojin.Yi

in reply to: Buying RGB LEDs #2658

You need only sub mcu(part name “attiny 85”).

    But…
    – You need a firmware you made, since it’s generic mcu.

    – I don’t recommend to solder it, if you are not good at doing it.

    Thanks.

in reply to: Diodes for b.face #2654

    Hi

There is no difference but looks (and price).

    – Someone says 1N4148(flat one) is easier to solder.
    – Someone says LL4148 looks better in aesthetic point.
    – blah blah….

But in terms of functionality, there is no difference.

    Thanks

in reply to: Build problem #2645

I think you are the same guy who asked me on the same question through EMail, right?

    Anyway…

It looks like you did some wrong with soldering diodes.

There would be some electronic short.

Could you desolder all the diodes in the num row?

And re-solder it one by one and check if it’s working.

If it doens’t solve your problem, please send me the photos of PCB.

    Thanks.
