Probably the LED at the bottom is RGB LED, not 1.8mm in-switch LED

Your PCB must have the holes for the RGB LEDs and firmware must support them.

If they are for Lock keys, you need to change only LED color.
If for letter key, you have to change not only LEDs, but also resistors.

820 Ohm : generally used for white/pink LED
910 Ohm : generally used for blue/green LED
1300 Ohm : generally used for red/yellow/orange LED

And I have questions.
Are you going to use Choc Mini PCB with Winkeyless housing case?
If then, I can’t guarantee it fits into Winkeyless case.

The second layer(2T) is transparent, so it looks like ring.

– 1st : Matte frost
– 2nd : Black opaque
(3rd + 4th layer is Diffuser.)
– 5th : matte frost
– 5-1 : whatever( black opque recommended)

1) B.pad doesn’t have ScrollLock LED.

2) If you want to add the LED to the switch, you have to solder LED and resistors around the switch.

If you want to add it below the spacebar,
there is a place where you can add LED and resistors below spacebar.

Caution : Just use one of them. Not both.

3) keymap_gb_face_thumb : For the user whose language is not English.
keymap_gb_EN_face_thum : For the user whose language is English.

The FN hangle and FN hanja keymap are used for dual action key map.

There is no special way to add a stabilizer.

Just add it to a proper position regardless of after or before putting switches.
You don’t have to solder it.

But in Mac OS, you can find keyboard setting.

If you want to map a specific key to Brightness, then you can set it there.

In addition to Gracz’s answer,
Yes I think it’s personal perferece to decide which in-switch direction you choose.
In terms of aesthetic and efficienty, I don’t know which one is better.

And for MX-brown switche..
In my experience, I got to know that MX-brown MX-blue switch keeps best as it is.
So we don’t recommend you to put a sticker on or lube it.

Sorry for confusing you.

“Soldering” option means a service of soldering some parts.

In the option “xxx and soldering”, xxx comes out soldered.

If you select “main RGB part only”, main RGB parts will be shipped unsoldered.
If “main RGB part and soldering”, main RGB parts will be shipped soldered on the PCB.

If you select a combo for an option,
it means it supports all other options.

For example, in the B.face case option of R-Shift you can see 3 options
– 2.75
– 1.75 + 1
– combo
If you select “combo”, this case will support “2.75” and “1.75 + 1” keyset.
