    Hi

    Sorry for your inconvenience.

    – Your photos were not attached.(But I can imagine it.)
If it is repairable, I’ll let you know the jumping line.

If not, you should replace the pcb.

    Thanks.

in reply to: More information regarding the combo options #5957

    Hi

The layout “combo” means it supports all given layouts.

For example, the Left shift offers 2 types of layout (2.25x or 1.25x+1x) except “Combo”.
If you select “Combo”, you can put one key of 2.25x or 2 keys of 1.25x and 1x.

You selected “combo” for bottom row.
So you can set it “Winkey” or “Winkeyless” layout.
(Surely you can set HHKB style, but there would be useless holes visible.)

For the layouts for B.face, please see this pic :

    Thanks.

in reply to: What Brand are the Switches included in the b.face x2? #5955

    Hi

    Sorry for confusing you.

The switches in PCB items are Cherry MX ones.

Also I offer Gateron ones, but separately here : http://winkeyless.kr/product/gateron-switch-pcb-mounted/

    Thanks.

    Oh…

I guess you chose “ps2” connection mode.

In BootmapperClient, could you change it to “Set USB” and replug your keyboard?

    Thanks.

Could you try to upload the latest firmware by using the latest BootmapperClient in bootloader mode?

    1. Downloading firmware and BootmapperClient

    Firmware Installing and Setting

    2. Uploading firmware in bootloader mode
    1) Connect Keyboard as bootloader mode (While pressing LCtrl, connect it to PC)
    2) Start BootmapperClient and press “Options” tab.
    3) Press “Firm up” button at Utils area.
    4) please select a proper hex file.
(Firmware is “ps2avrGB_NKRO.hex”, not the ones starting with “keymap_xxx”.)

    Thanks.

    Hi Sorry for your inconvenience.

Could you try to remove a driver and replug your keyboard?

-> Remove device drive(HID drive) from OS device manager and replug the keyboard
If you install it properly, it looks like this

If you want to clearly remove drive, please see this page:http://winkeyless.kr/how_to_remove_driver/

    Thanks.

in reply to: K Packet shipping to Australia #5899

    Hi

I think it’s not the “possibility” matter.

If your order is over 1 kg, k-packet is more expensive and takes much longer time than Express.

PCB + a set of housing case + Packaging box will be over 1 kg.

    Thanks.

in reply to: RGB leds for backlighting of B87 stopped working #5884

    Hi

There are 4 soldering pads on a RGB LED.(I added a photo)

I mean the 14th RGB is the one that is starting not to work.

And you probably have my email telling your order status.
Just send it back to me.

    Thanks.

    Hi

If you want me to sent you an invoice, you have to tell me the layout for your keyboard.

Or you can choose all the parts and options in online shop by yourself.

    Thanks.
    Hojin.Yi

in reply to: Assembly Service B87.x2 #5877

    Yes of course.

In PCB item, just select “None” for the switch option.

    Thanks.

in reply to: RGB leds for backlighting of B87 stopped working #5876

    Hi.

    Sorry for your inconvenience.

I think it has nothing to do with software, but hardware.
14th RGB would have been broken.

Could you replace it with a new one?

    Thanks.
    Hojin.Yi

P.S: Could you tell me your order number?

in reply to: b.pad X2 '6' Does not work #5852

    Hi

If then you have to check the diodes.
    – Diode is not broken
    – Diode is well soldered
    – Soldering pads is OK.

    Thanks.

in reply to: b.pad X2 '6' Does not work #5844

    Hi

    Could you check..

    1. Make a short between point 1 and 2. It the key is entered, the switch would have a problem.

    2. Make a short between point 1 and 3. If the key is entered, the diode would have a problem.

Please let me know the result.

    Hi

    Sorry for your inconvenience.

I’m 90% sure that the problem is due to bad soldering of the switch or diode.

Could you show me your PCB?
And let me know your order number?

    Thanks.

in reply to: Help with parts list. #5798

    Hi

    1. If you order DIY kit as in the list, you have to solder
    – controller parts
    – RGB LED parts including sub-controller
    – Diodes
    – Resistors
    – Switches
    – In-switch LEDs

    2. There is no special soldering iron I recommend.
But for the SMD parts, .015 or .025 would be preferred.

    Thanks.

in reply to: Help with parts list. #5795

    Hi

Thanks for your interests in my products.

    1. As a DIY kit, I think you chose all of the stuffs except a set of housing case. I offer 2 types of housing case
    – BBB acrylic case(without RGB Diffuser) : http://winkeyless.kr/product/bbb-acrylic-case/
    – BBB acrylic case with RGB Diffuser : http://winkeyless.kr/product/bbb_acrylic-case-with-rgb-diffuser/

For the details of keyboard stuffs, please visit here : http://winkeyless.kr/the-stuffs-to-make-keyboard/

    2. You selected “Only RGB LED parts” in the PCB item, which means it will come out separately.

    3. For the soldering machine… I can’t recommend. But normal one would be fine. I’m using FM-206 as soldering machine. But it is too expensive and I don’t think you need this.

    Thanks.
