    Without a PCB?

Do you mean you have your own PCB?

You want only a housing case and RGB LEDs?

    teensy2 as main controller?

I think it’s not the question I should answer.

Please contact the maker of your own PCB.

    Thanks.

    YES.

in reply to: B.Pad/Face Questions #3488

    You can see the combination
    Layer 1 : matte frost
    Layer 2 : white opaque

    here : http://i1.wp.com/winkeyless.kr/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/DSC_1934.jpg

    I don’t have this combination
    Layer 1: matte frost
    Layer 2: red translucent

    Thanks.

in reply to: B.face PCB damage? #3487

    HI

Seeing your PCB, I could tell that you should check all switch soldering.

    My best advice is
    – Whenever you are done soldering one part, then check it works.
If you test it after soldering all, you can’t find which soldering is bad.

Anyway, the switch soldering looks not good.
    – enough lead
    – careful not to make short.

    Thanks.

    Color Layer 5-1(2T,outerfeet): Matte Frost

in reply to: B.Pad/Face Questions #3425

    Hi

    Here are my answers.

    1. Does the plate support switch top removal?
    –> NO
    2. Answer this if Question 1 is No or Yes, could you solder in SIP sockets into the switches?
    –> NO

    3. Answer this if Question 1 is No, do you do custom requests for switches? Ex: Cherry red switch with clear gateron tops? Cherry clear switch with spring from cherry brown switch (essentially cherry brown switch with clear stem)?
    –> Sorry NO.

    4. What diffuser combo is this: http://i0.wp.com/winkeyless.kr/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/DSC_0692_face_diffuser_1.jpg
–> Sorry I can’t understand your question. Layout? layer color? Please ask me in detail.

    5. Could you solder a special layout (Right shift is 1.75u + 1u)?
    –> YES

    Thanks.

in reply to: What resistor value do I select? #3424

It depends on which in-switch LED color you choose.
820 Ohm : generally used for white/pink LED
910 Ohm : generally used for blue/green LED
1300 Ohm : generally used for red/yellow/orange LED

    Thanks.

in reply to: B.Pad Fn combo #3419

Since version 160404, I had fixed some problem with FN layer.
So your mapping of FN2 and FN3 to C_m2 and C_m3 would work differently.

I think I had better to going back.
Please wait for the next patch.

    Thanks.

in reply to: B.mini EX X2 controller heat #3411

    Please check one by one.

I think your soldering skill is very good.

    Just careful of direction(polarity).

    Thanks.

in reply to: B.mini EX X2 controller heat #3409

    Oh I missed last line.

Do you mean you fixed it?

in reply to: B.mini EX X2 controller heat #3408

    Hi

I think your soldering looks very good except Main controller.
(Very good compared to other user, I mean it.)

If your computer doesn’t recognize your keyboard,
probably your main controller was burnt out or some pads were detached.

If you send it to me, I could check it.
(But delivery fee is on your charge.)

    Thanks.

in reply to: All parts needed for the B.pad X2 #3407

    1. What kind of stabilizer would I need? I have plate mounted cherry and costar stabilizers.

    –> Cherry PCB mounted one.

    2. Do I need PCB mounted or plate mounted switches?

    –> Either is OK.

    3. What resistor value do you recommend or is the most used?

–> It depends on which color of in-switch LED you want.

820 Ohm : generally used for white/pink LED
910 Ohm : generally used for blue/green LED
1300 Ohm : generally used for red/yellow/orange LED
    4. Do you sell the relegendable keycaps in the picture or any keycaps for that matter?

    –> We don’t off keycaps.

    5. Can I skip the installation of the back feet in the case so the numpad lays flat on my desk?

    –> YES.

in reply to: B.Pad Fn combo #3403

    Hi

    I didn’t do that.
Could you check you mapped “RGB mode” and “LED mode” in FN Layer like pic I attached?

in reply to: Unable to upload firmware #3397

    Hi

If you soldered all other parts like diodes, resistors,
desolder all of them except Main controller and connecter.

And then please plug your keyboard and try to upload firmware.
If it’s OK, then solder parts one by one.

If it doesn’t work, please let me know.

    Thanks.

in reply to: B.mini EX X2 controller heat #3396

    Hi

One you installed RGB LEDs, just plug it to check if they are lighting.
You don’t need diodes nor resistors for the RGB LEDs.
(But you need Main controller and RGB Controller.)

could you show me your PCB?

in reply to: Case Layout, B.MINI #3377

    Hi Sorry for confusing you.

    1.75 + 1 is default.

But if you want whichever is OK.(combo, 1.75+1, 2.75).

Send leave a messaing in the check out page or send me an email.

    Thanks.

in reply to: All parts needed for the B.pad X2 #3376

Hi Thanks for your interests in my products.

The housing case you showed me is “BBB acrylic case with RGB Diffuser”(http://winkeyless.kr/product/bbb_acrylic-case-with-rgb-diffuser/)

    The layer colors are
    – 1st layer(2T) : matte fost
    – 2nd layer(3T) : transparent
    – feet(5T) : matte frost

    PCB is B.pad X2(http://winkeyless.kr/product/b-pad-x2-pcb/)
You can select all optitions except “soldering switches” and “soldering in-switch LED”.
If you want me to do those jobs, you should tell me separately.

    Thanks.

    Hi

    Sorry that layout is impossible.

You can see the layout we supports at http://i1.wp.com/winkeyless.kr/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/layout_face.jpg.

    Also HHKB style is possible.

    Thanks.

in reply to: RGB Diffuser with Aluminum Plate #3348

    Hi.

Now I’m looking for a good source and checking the quality and price.
Good quality requires too high cost.
Reasonable price is followed by high defect rate.

I expect to re-offer new aluminum plate in a month,
    But I’cant guarantee.

    Thanks.

in reply to: Aluminum plates + other Q's #3330

    Hi

    Sorry for late reply.

    Here are my answers.

    1. Are you going to start selling the aluminum plate separately. I ask because it looks like
i can only get the acrylic with diffuser. Would any TKL aluminum plate work with this or does it
    have to be unique?
–> I have a plan to restock aluminum plates. But currently I’m not sure when I can.
Now I’m testing and examining the quality and reasonable price.

    2. Other Q’s: Is it possible to use a Tex TKL Aluminum case for these PCB’s with LED’s on them and this controller pre-soldered by you guys, into another TKL case. Is this possible?
–> Officially no. But I heard that someone modified the case to fit B.face PCB.

    3. If I want to get the in-switch LED soldered by you, must I order the switches with you too? I have Zealio’s at home I wanted to use as my switches but unsure how the LED install works. Should I just select to solder those myself with my own switch install?
–> Yes. in-switch LED is installed in a switch. Without the switch I can’t solder in-switch LED.
If you can solder, just order only in-switch LEDs without soldering option and resistors (and with soldering them.)

    4. Are the stabilizers plate or pcb mounted? Looking at the 60% universal plate on massdrop for the b.mini but states pcb mount only, no plate mount.
    –> PCB mounted one.

    5. and last, I am very confused by your color 1 2 3 choice on the acrylic + diffuser kit. What is the one shown in all your photos, which 3 colors should I select for that?

    this for the b.87 http://i1.wp.com/winkeyless.kr/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/B_87_0464.jpg
    –> layer 1 : transparent
    layer 2 : matte black
    layer 5 : transparent
    layer 5-1 : matte frost

and this for the b.face: http://i0.wp.com/winkeyless.kr/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/B_FACE_0441.jpg
    –> layer 1 : matte frost
    layer 2 : matte black
    layer 5 : transparent
    layer 5-1 : matte frost

    Thanks.

in reply to: How to switch back to Normal layer when in FN2 or FN3 #3314

    Hi

If you want to return to Normal layer from FN2/3,
use toggle key or “ESC + Backspace” keys.

    Thanks.
