Hi .
Sorry for your inconvenience.
It is absolutely impossible for a PCB to be bent if you know the how PCB is coming out.
It is not produced one by one.
They are pressed out on a large sheet with tens of PCBs at a time.
It means if a PCB is bent, all others are also bent.
I think your housing case is a little discrepant.
Please check your housing case is fitting into the pcb.Thanks.
Hojin.YiI hope you to understand that acrylic layer is too picky.
There could be some trace.
I think your case is endurable. It could be stable enough.
Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
That’s not a defect.
It’s laser trace inevitable when manufacturing.Once you assemble it, it won’t be seen.
Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
First of all, you should check the soldering of the switches?
There could be slight electric short.And..
Could you test your keyboard with another cable or PC?
Probably electric power could’ve made that problem. Thanks
Hojin.YiHi
Sorry for your inconvenience.
First of all I can’t tell if your soldering is reason by seeing the photo.
1. Didn’t you do anything just before this problem happened?
2. Could you tell me your order number which would help look into your problem.
Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
Sorry for late reply.
Could you show me how to test it?
Is it always flickering or temporarily?
Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
I added a photo which would show the probability of your problem.
– Pink and blue area : Could be electric short
– Red pins in blue area : control the keys not working. Please check the soldering of these pins.
Thanks.

Sorry for your inconvenience.
1. Could you tell me your order number.
It would help to look into your problem.2. Normally your problem comes from loose soldering or electric short.
Could you show me your PCB back surface? Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
Sorry. I don’t know where you can find the acrylic case elsewhere.
Thanks.
Hojin.YiAnd as I promised I’ll refund the difference (150 x 0.05 = $7.5)
Thanks.
Hojin.YiThis reply has been marked as private.Hi
Thanks for your interests in my products.
Sorry…
I don’t have any plan to offer acrylic case in the future.I hope you to understand that.
Thanks.
Hojin.YiI think the switches will work with my PCBs.
Do they have any specific difference from the ones in my site(http://winkeyless.kr/product/gateron-switch-pcb-mounted/)?
Thanks.
Hojin.YiThis reply has been marked as private.Sure.
Gateron switches fit in in-switch LEDs.If you want to know more on options, please visit http://winkeyless.kr/the-stuffs-to-make-keyboard/
Thanks.

Sorry for your inconvenience.
1. Could you tell me your order number? It could help look into your problem.
2. Didn’t you do anything before the problem happened? Like soldering, desoldering…
3. Did you try to upload the firmware in Bootloader mode?
Thanks.

1. If you mean in-switch LED,
it requires resistors to be installed. But RGB LED doesn’t.
2. It doesn’t matter whether your switch is pcb or plate mounted.
My PCBs support both.Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
Sorry for your inconvenience.
The symptom you explained to me is mainly due to electric shorts.
Please check your soldering.
– Short
– Direction(diodes and RGB LEDs have direction)Thanks.
Hojin.YiIf the problem happened after you soldered in-switch LED,
I think you should check it first.
Please check if it is working after you de-solder it.
Thanks.
Hojin.YiI mean…
What did you solder?
Did you solder switches and in-switch LED, right? If then, is it working without in-switch LED ?
I want to know at what point the problem happened.
Before sending your PCB, I checked all of parts.
So usually your problems are due to bad soldering of switches or in-switch LED.Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
Sorry for your inconvenience.
So, is it working fine without RGB LED?
Thanks.
Hojin.YiP.S: Could you tell me your order number?
Now I’m waiting for samples.
If it is good enough, I could offer it in mid of this month.
Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
Sorry. The colors in online store are all I have.
Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
Yes. It supports all layouts.
– Enter type
– CapsLock position
– Bottom row layout
– spacebar postion
– right shift…..Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
Happy Holiday!
It’s hard to answer…
NCS indicator is literally for NCS keys.
Probably I should change its name or something else…Thanks.
Hojin.YiHi
Sorry… No. It doesn’t support screw-in stabilizer.
Happy Holiday
Hojin.YiHi
Sorry. At the moment I don’t have any plan to update firmware to support layer indicator.
I think it would take a while since we are so busy now.
I hope you to understand that.
And…
I have a plan to make “Bold” case for B.pad.
Now I’m look into some sample cases. If it meets quality and price, I could offer it in a near future.
Thanks.
